  • Who will be coming to my home?
    A product representative/ measure technician will make the home visit. Having this person meet you at your home allows us to accurately get you a price, at a quick speed, at your convenience. You will be introduced to the person prior to the appointment by email and phone call. Bonus. The individual will come to your home in a marked vehicle with a Quest uniform.
  • Does Quest Countertops have a showroom?
    Yes. Quest Countertops has two brick and mortar showrooms in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh Wisconsin. Our shop at home countertop consultant travels with close to 100 samples of quartz countertops for you to choose from within your own home.
  • Does Quest carry any brand name products?
    Yes. We offer quartz countertops from Cambria, Daltile (One Quartz), LX Hausys Viatera (formerly LG) and Inspired. Our Power Buy offerings have 24 best looking colors from those four manufacturers.
  • How can I schedule an appointment?
    You can schedule a FREE at-home estimate online or by calling 920-579-5618. Appointments are generally available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays.
  • I noticed my appointment is for a two-hour window. When can I expect the flooring professional to arrive? Do I need to confirm?
    The countertop professional will arrive any time within the two-hour window that you selected. Not to mention they will call you the day before to confirm the appointment as well as they will give you a call when they are on the way to your home. No. It is not necessary to call and confirm your appointment. You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment date and time as confirmation.
  • How do I reschedule my appointment?
    Please contact us via phone or email and a representative will be available to assist you. It is important that you do not set up another appointment online without canceling your previous one.
  • Is there a product minimum or limit on purchases? What information is needed to place an order? How do I pay?
    No, there is no minimum or limit for purchases. Your order can be placed by your countertop professional during your FREE In-Home Estimate. We will need your current, state-issued identification and the required deposit. Valid forms of payment include cashier's checks, money orders, certified checks or bank cards. Payments must be available prior to the start of fabrication. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, cashier's checks, and/or personal checks. Check Acceptance Policy: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to either use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.
  • Why must all parties making the decision be present for the entire appointment?
    Since we cannot leave samples at your home, we ask that anyone who will be part of the purchase decision be present during the appointment.
  • How long does the process take?
    After a signed contract, material is reserved. Once material is available, fabrication will begin and installation will be scheduled. This entire process can take a few weeks time.
  • Plumbing and Electrical
    You are required to have all plumbing disconnected before we arrive to install. Good news is that within a day after install, you can hook it all back up. Quest does not employ any plumbers or electricians so any trade work that must occur is your responsibility.
